If you are experiencing difficulties logging into our online booking system, please follow the steps below to configure your computer to accept cookies. Cookies are text files downloaded onto a visitor's computer hard drive to store the visitor's actions in order to better customise their following visits.

Step 1:

Select Internet Options from the Tools drop down menu at the top of the screen. see Fig. 1.0

Step 2:

The next window that will open is your main Internet Options. At the top you will notice tabs labeled General, Security, Privacy, etc.
Select the Privacy tab. Fig. 1.2

Step 3:

Once you have selected the Privacy Tab you will open the privacy options. Your settings might not look exactly the same, depending on your settings. Select Advanced from the 4 buttons within the settings area.

Step 4:

Once you have selected the Advanced Settings under the Privacy Tab you will be presented with the following screen. Please modify your settings to look the same as Fig. 1.3.

Step 5:

Click OK and OK again to get you back to your browser. If you tried to login before these steps and were unable to login, you will be required to wait a minimum of 20 minutes before you can attempt to login again. Remeber to logout when you are done, if you don't you will be required to wait for your session to expire. Sessions expire after 20 minutes.
