Where do you buy a MSI Travel Club Program?

MSI Travel Club Membership can be purchased from one of our authorized showrooms, telephone number listed under “Contact Us” or by emailing us at info@scrollnow.com . The staff will be happy to assist you.

What is a Service Provider?

A Service Provider is an authorized affiliate of MSI Travel Club that provides you with a specific service. Example: WSH located under “Vacations” offers more than 100,000 real time properties worldwide to choose from when planning a vacation.

Can I Book Days?

Our program is so flexible that you can book days, weeks, consecutive weeks or months.

Can I Purchase a Food Plan?

Yes! With MSI Travel Club, in most cases, when you book your accommodations you can also purchase a food plan by the day or week. When logging into one of our Service Providers to view one of our beautiful properties, it will advise you of the variety of food plans available for that location.

Taxes and Other Expenses

When booking a condo, taxes are traditionally included, however, you may be asked to pay a service fee. If you are booking a hotel/motel, you may be requested to pay taxes on your discounted rate, which is standard. Some Countries will charge you for such things as: utilities, amenities, telephone, transfer of luggage, golfing, skiing, etc. The Club does not accept any responsibilities for these extra charges. Please read the information provided for each property when viewing, including their Terms and Conditions.

Are their Kitchens available?

Kitchen facilities are generally standard and will appear under the description of the property. Some Resorts offer food plans if there is not a kitchen available.

Are Credit Cards Accepted?

All major credit cards are accepted when booking your vacation. Please read the terms and conditions of the rental prior to booking.

Cancellations

Each Service Provider has a cancellation policy in effect. Please read these terms prior to booking.

How do I make a Reservation?

Your membership kit includes a manual that will guide you to booking a holiday. Also, each Service Provider will have a guide on how to book on their site. 

Who Sends the Confirmation of my Booking?

You have a variety of Service Providers available to you. Each will forward your Confirmation of your Reservations by email. Any questions concerning your Confirmation Notice should be directed to them.
